As part of your study programme, you will undertake an extensive work placement, giving you a taste of the real world. This practical work experience builds your confidence, personal connections, and develops the skills that employers are looking for.

Finance Develop an understanding of a broad range of topics including the business environment, fundamentals of financial accounting, professionalism and ethics, data-driven innovation and analytics and design thinking. You will study Finance Compliance and Risk Analysis as a specialism. 

Management and Administration (Business): You will gain an understanding of the Management and Administration sector and cover topics such as Business Context, People, Quality Compliance, Projects, and Change Management. Team Leadership and Management will be studied as a specialism. 

For anyone who is seeking an introduction to basic accountancy principles and skills, you could consider one of our AAT courses, specifically for adults.

This is the ideal entry point into a rewarding career as an entrepreneur or roles in finance, HR or marketing.
