Delicious food prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, served at our onsite restaurant.

We serve local produce to the highest standards.

Our restaurant helps our students sharpen their culinary skills. All our menus have been created to challenge our chefs to enhance their customers' dining experience. The Kitchen is run by students, supported by teaching staff with industry experience.

The facilities and menus are versatile and can be adapted to suit any dietary needs.

Opening Times

The Kitchen is open to the public during term time on Wednesdays and Thursdays for Lunch and Thursday evenings for dinner service.

Our lunch service is run by our year 2 culinary arts students, with the year 3 students running Thursday Evening dinner service.

Booking times: 12, 12.15, or 12.30pm

Evening service

Booking times: 18.30, 18.45 or 19.00
