This programme will give you a broad introduction to the Level 3 T Level in Digital and can be a route to other Level 3 programmes such as our BTEC offering.
The IT industry is constantly evolving and developing in new and innovative ways. This programme will provide you with a broad introduction to the world of IT, allowing you to develop your knowledge and understanding of the contribution technology makes to modern life.
You will develop your knowledge and skills in a creative and enjoyable way, combining academic learning with hands-on experience. This course offers students the opportunity to study a range of subjects including software design, computer hardware, databases, networking and web development.
You will also develop your English, Maths and ICT skills to help you to complete your course work and prepare for further study or employment.
You will be expected to attend work experience placement as part of this course.

How you'll learn and be assessed
Formal assessment is through assignments, projects, presentations, and practical assessments, which are set at regular intervals throughout the course. Assignments will be graded Pass, Merit or Distinction.
Entry requirements
You need to have 4 GCSEs at Grade 3 or above including English and maths, with a keen interest and evidence in the subject (example of work).
